ALK Global Security Solutions is a family-owned and operated security company with a reputation for both effective security solutions and the use of innovative technology in the protection of life and property. We have a portfolio of completed and ongoing projects with an emphasis on Property, Personal, and Governmental Protection.
Although Adrian and Leah Kallimanis opened ALK Global Security Solutions, formerly known as Titans Security, in late 2021, they are hardly rookies in the industry.
Adrian has more than 30 years of experience with security details, including security work for large chain outlets and personal protection for high level corporate executives. Leah has decades in business management. The two have spent most of their time in the security industry in leadership roles where they’ve been responsible for supervising and mentoring staff and security personnel.
ALK Global Security Solutions has grown by leaps and bounds in a very short period of time. Although initially based in the Portland/Vancouver area, the company now also has locations in Seattle, Washington, Phoenix, Arizona, and West Palm Beach, Florida. We are currently in the process of setting up shops in Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. Our company culture has allowed ALK to grow incredibly fast.
How has our company succeeded? Our clients love us because we answer the phone 24 hours a day to handle any situation that may arise. We’re always available to reply to questions, respond to requests, and react to circumstances. It’s just one of the reasons we’re given so much work: we’re here when you need us most!
From the owners all the way down to the managers, we understand the importance of a solid working relationship with our staff. As a family-run business, we have great relationships with our employees and a closeness to our crews that really makes them feel like part of the family. Adrian and Leah have had working relationships with many of the guards and managers, some lasting decades. Our management team has more than 150 years of security experience.
The familiarity and experience that our management team and owners have are passed down to our newest employees as well. We are all dedicated to the growth of ALK Global Security Solutions and the management team looks forward to acting as mentors to our newest hires. We look out for our employees and they look out for each other.

Training has a direct impact on our officers’ productivity and performance. Our training programs give our employees a better understanding of their responsibilities and the knowledge and skills they need to do a better job than officers in other companies. Our training programs improve their confidence which can positively impact performance. A lot of our employees have years of experience–matched with military or law enforcement backgrounds–which gives them a great foundation for work in security services. With that initial background, along with certifications and additional training from the managers, we feel our workforce is second to none in the field.
